Training
We provide Training on Instrumentation Equipments such as Control Valve, Motorized Valve/Actuator, Flow Meter, Level, Pressure Instruments and Temperature Instruments. We also provide PLC Training.
Our latest training was Motorized Actuator for Tuanku Jaafar Power Plant (Emerson EIM Electric Actuator).
Installation & Commissioning
We provide Installation & Commissioning works for electrical equipment (such as Volt Meter, Watt Meter)
instrumentation (such as Control Valves, Flow Meters, Level, Temperature and Pressure Transmitters)
and mechanical equipments (e.g. ball valve)
Repair and Maintenance
We provide Repair and Maintenance works for
Instruments (Removal, Disassemble, Cleaning, Spare Parts replacements, Re-assemble, perform testing, reinstallation and decommissioning),
Electrical equipments (Rewiring works, removal, Disassemble, Cleaning, Spare Parts replacements, Re-assemble, perform testing, reinstallation and decommissioning
Calibration
We have years of experience in providing Instruments Calibration for our customers. All Calibration Equipments that we used are SIRIM certified and traceable to NML (National Metrology Laboratory)
Proving (Custody Metering)
We have Experienced personnel in executing Proving Works usually implemented on Custody Metering such as Crude Oil Metering Station,
Natural Gas Metering Station and Multi Product Metering (Nitrogen , Oxygen, HP Steam, etc)
Re-engineering or Upgrading works
Base on customer request, we also offer re-engineering or upgrading works to ensure our customer process downtime minimized and assist in increasing profitability.
After Sales Service & maintenance Works(Instrumentation, Electrical & Mechanical)
Our products come with after sales warranty for manufacturer defects. We also provide non-contractual and contractual services as and when required by our customers
